TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ACCESSIBILITY AUDITS &
REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION ASSESSMENTS
It is understood and agreed that:
1. this process will not commence
without your signed order form reaching our offices
at least 36 hours prior to project implementation.
2. conditional upon the extent of
the assessment process, every attempt will be made to
make the written report available to
you within a period of 10 (ten) working days of the
assessment.
3. you will not receive any feedback
until you have settled payment of our account and proof
of such payment has been received
by our office.
4. all information obtained by the
APD during this process will be held in the strictest
of confidence.
SENSITISATION, AWARENESS,
TRAINING, EDUCATION & TEAM-BUILDING
It is understood and agreed that:
1. the service will not be rendered
without your signed order form reaching our offices
(
or fax 011-646-5248) marked for
the attention of Gina Khoza, at least 36 hours prior
to project implementation;
2. the onus is on you to confirm the
sizes of the clothes ordered for your event when you
submit your order form to us and upon
forwarding such order you warrant that the ordered sizes
are correct;
3. payment is strictly 30 days after
date of Invoice;
4. additional charges will be levied
for any and all extra activities and/or services requested
by you during an event;
5. additional per kilometre charges
will be levied should you change the venue of an event;
6. conditional upon the extent of
an accessibility assessment process, every attempt will
be made to make the written report
available to you within a period of 10 (ten) working
days of the assessment;
7. you will not receive any reports
until you have settled payment of our account and proof
of such payment has been received
by our office (
or fax 011-646-5248) marked for the attention
of Gina Khoza;
8. you will be held responsible for
any and all damages caused to APD and/or BB equipment
by your staff members as well as the
replacement value of such equipment;
9. you will be held responsible for
the security of all APD and/or BB equipment left in
your care overnight;
10. the APD and/or BB accepts no liability
for injuries sustained by your staff during any of our
events;
11. the APD and/or BB accepts no liability
for damages caused by your staff during any of our events;
12. the APD and/or BB strictly reserves
the copyright on any/all documents and/or CD’s
which forms part of any event and/or
presentation;
13. the onus is on you to inform APD
and/or BB if special security clearance has to be obtained
for our equipment/goods to enter your
premises. The APD and/or BB accepts no liability for
any delays and/or disruptions that your failure to do
so may cause;
14. all information obtained by the
APD and/or BB will be held in the strictest of confidence.
